To guarantee a professional, organized and high-quality service for every client, we kindly ask you to read the following before booking your appointment.
Your booking is confirmed only once the deposit is received. The deposit is required and non-refundable, as it reserves the artist's time and availability just for you.
Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. In case of no-show or late notice, the deposit is retained. Delays over 15 minutes may result in a shortened or cancelled service, without refund of the deposit.
The balance is due on the day of your appointment, before or right after the service, unless otherwise agreed.
Please arrive with clean, makeup-free skin, well hydrated in the days before. Any allergies or sensitivities must be communicated in advance. We cannot work on skin with active infections or conditions that could compromise the result.
Hair should be clean, dry and detangled, unless otherwise agreed. Please let us know about any previous chemical treatments. For colour and bleaching, results can vary depending on your starting base — we cannot take responsibility for previously damaged hair.
Every result is unique, as it depends on individual skin, hair and conditions. Reference photos are a beautiful inspiration — we will always get as close as possible.
We love celebrating our work: photos and videos may be used for portfolio and social media, unless you request otherwise before your appointment. We kindly ask clients to be open to a quick photo or video at the end of the service.
We ask for kindness and respect during the service, so everyone can enjoy the experience. Smoking is not permitted during the service — cigarette breaks are of course fine.
Extensions and hair are never included in the list price. We'll gladly advise you on what to purchase during your consultation.
